There aren't enough adjectives to describe how poor the service has been from Fnb. I opened a business account with them and received my card 2 weeks ago. Until now i have not been able to access ANY online functions nor can i use my account in anyway. I went to the Fnb branch at The Glen Shopping Centre to try and resolve the issue and was told by a consultant that they had been experiencing problems with their online banking and that it would be resolved in 1-2 days. This was last week Monday. On Tuesday i called the Fnb business help desk to find out what my account number was as i was not provided one when initially opening my account. I was given an account number over the phone. I then had a payment transferred to my Fnb account which was reversed with the following error message "Validation Failed. Invalid Account Number". I've stopped using my Standard Bank account when i moved to Fnb and so far I've had nothing but HORRIBLE SERVICE! My business is losing money and i am fed up of dealing with these incompetent people! Either get my account up and running immediately or take your card and shove it!
