Loan paid in full, debit order still deducted

I paid up my study loan in full 2 months ago, but each month the debit order is still deducted from my mother's account.
we've spoken to various people at the Naboomspruit branch and in Johannesburg about this situation.
last month they informed us to pay the outstanding interest on the loan and then it will be finished, i did so on the 4th of november. yesterday on the 24th Nov the debit order for R1200 went off from my mothers account once again.

FNB get your act together, close the loan that has been payed and reimburse the debit orders that you still wrongfully deduct each month!
