It's quite ironic how FNB boast about no long waiting times for opening a bank account with them. We have been waiting over a year and still our business banking account is not active. And no-one seems to care.
We originally applied for an account over a year ago where after they lost the collected paperwork, sent the debit card to Durban (TWICE!) and after finally delivering to the correct address, had no record of us receiving the card. Followed up a couple of times asking what is going on with the application and no feedback. The account shows on the online profile but cannot be used.
What a joke! Please remove the account or make it active, or do SOMETHING!!
