I opened a business account online with FNB. I then tried to register for online banking using the E-Reg card and relevant pin code, of which i get an error message stating that either the card number or pin is invalid.
I called the business banking call centre and i was referred to online banking assistance. Online bankig assistance referred me back to business banking, who i turn referred me to virtual accounts department, as it was their responsibility to link the card upon account opening.
I have spoke to numerous people, including Jo-Anne and Zama from the business banking who have tried their best to assist me by contacting the virtual department, but i get no response from them.
I now regret opening the account with FNB!
