Account Opening

I opened two business accounts with FNB - the process of application was swift and excellent - but when it came to them activating the account - a month later I'm still waiting the account has money in it but I cannot transact because they keep sending me from pillar to post. They cannot even confirm if they have received my supporting documents. The process is pathetically slow to complete... you for bad advertising FNB
