Following logging a claim last week Tuesday, as process, i sent my photos for assessment on Wednesday.
Unfortunately since then I had not received solid feedback as I was informed that they where waiting for the assessment report.
I called the messaging centre this morning to raise it. Andrew took up the matter and physically walked to the claims department to escalate this.
I sensed this is not normal process as they just have to take messages and forward to the claims team.
