I drive a Toaureg & was involved in an accident on 25/10/13 I got rear ended while driving on the N14 never the less. when the car went in i made it abundantly clear that they were to do an assessment on the chassis only as this was my main concern. I received an email on the 31/10/13 with an assessment report. The assessment was done to the body work and no mention was made of the chassis. I then called the claims department and spoke to "claims rep A" to find out why was there an assessment done on the body work as i did not authorize this and the rep assured me that the assessment was just for KP and that the complete assessment would be done by the panel beaters. 2 Weeks later and still no assessment report. I then called the Panel beater and he informs me that they have started with the body work. Shocked at what i just heard... i informed the gentleman that the car was not sent for body work but for chassis assessment. I then informed him that he should not proceed and that i would get this sorted with KP. spoke to KP and was informed that they would rectify this ASAP. Today i received a call stating that the car is ready and body work was only done. no chassis assessment #@$
