I am surprised that an Insurance company like AF/Guardrisk will rush to collect 5 pages of an affidavit where tow truck drivers falsely accuse me of being drunk. They did not prove that this was the case from police on the scene but also accuse Norkem Park SAPS of covering up for an innocent law abiding citizen who has never been charged of DUI or ever arrested for any offence on the road or anywhere.
Tow truck driver
1. on the scene of accident that he got permission from BMW to tow the car but in affidavit that he got permission from me and not BMW.
2. Steals car battery and tools.
3. about clothes i was wearing on the day in the affidavit.
4. Is paid by BMW Insurance/Guardrisk despite clause in policy that if Assistance Service is not called then service provider will not be paid and makes statements that i was drunk after being paid his towing money.
5. Describes SAPS members who attended the scene as two African police members who spoke in an African language with driver that he did not understand.
Insurance considers tow driver honest.
