You will get your salary on the 20th

I opened an FNB account, was a bit hestitant about switching my salary to go into my FNB account but finally I have moved it, as promised by the sales consultant that switched my account, my salary which I normaly receive on the 20th, I would still receive on the 20th, hello, today is the 20th, where is my salary??? Why do you have to to get someone to start banking with you guys?
