I had an accident last week Friday, submitted a claim on Friday and was told that MiWay would be in touch with me regarding my claim once the assessor has been out to have a look at the vehicle which was at the panel beater already.
I called on Tuesday, couldn't get hold of JP and the other consultants couldn't tell me anything as JP wasn't available. I then called on Wednesday, still couldn't get hold of JP, the other consultant told me they received the assessment report yesterday (Tuesday) and my car was a write off, why couldn't anyone call me? She gave me all the details and said they will be in touch with me regarding my options from here forward.
Till today (Friday) i have still not heard from anyone at MiWay.
Sorry to say your service, i will never recommend you to anyone, and i personally will not deal with you again!
