My sister made a claim on the 18th of April after some guy bumped her car while she waiting at a traffic light and the car was taken for assessment and repairs. All necessary documents were sent to 1st for Women and i calle dcouple of weeks ago and I was told that the assessment was done, they just need to process the claim. today I called and they tell me that the claim was there last week but has now disappeared and they need to reload it again to process it. They are just useless, if the assessment report and claim was there last week why did they not process it last week and if she did not call today, they will be seating there with miraculously disappeared claim.
