Not complying to promises made!

On Monday the 11th of February 2013, I had an accident with my vehicle on the N1 South. I reported the claim with MiWay that same morning and this is after I went to the police station to report the accident.

On the Tuesday, we phoned our contact person at MiWay, Mangoba on 011 990 0263. Unfortunately he was unavailable at the time but a gentlemen by the name of Warren assisted and confirmed that the vehicle will be assessed with in 48 hours and feedback will be given after the assessment.

The Thursday, we try to get hold of Mangoba again regarding any feedback. Eventually we got hold of Mangoba and he informed us that it will now take "3 days" and not two for the assessment to take place. We asked him to give us feedback asap regarding the claim after the assessment.

We are moving over to the following Monday and the promise that have been made on Tuesday 12 February for feedback within 48 hours regarding the claim, which turned into 72 hours, has never been kept. A week later and no response... After this poor service from MiWay, it has caused me to re-evaluate my insurance policy with the company!
