A follow up on previous complaint. I had a issue to cancel my credit life policy from my Absa Personal Loan.
After various issues with call center, eventually i had to go into the Bank (Chatsworth Branch).
Filled in all the necessary documents on 12-10-2013. Was called back on the 15th that month and said that the policy is cancelled. I check my statement this month and checked that i have still being debited for the Credit Life. Absa Reference complaint no 2560987
