I have an funeral policy with absa. I cancelled the policy in hermanus westercape absa branch. The lady assurend me that absa life would pick it up because i cancelled the old one aand took out an new ons. The 1st of this month the premium of the old one went off again??? After i contacted absa life the lady assurend me that the policy is cancelled and that i would recieve my R38 back. That happend i recieved my premium back the next day. This morning i recieved an sms that quote "absa life has reinstated your policy 6603929255 . Your acount will be debited on 2013-09-01 with the amount of R38??? How the can you take the money again after i cancelled thaat policy??? This is not right!!! I have been for many years an client of you and this is the way you treat me. I am looking forward to hear from you
