I went to the Branch to cancel my Credit Life Assurance and the instruction was processed by Rozanne. I followed up just before xmas holidays to see if the instruction was received.
To my surprise - Absa has deducted the Cancelled Credit Life Assurance premium with my instalment. I CANNOT afford to pay for 2 similar policies as I already have an alternative credit life.
PLEASE REFUND THE PREMIUM BACK TO MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT.
