I wanted to cancel Credit Life Insurance on my personal loan, after calling the call centre they said I had to go to the branch. So on the 4th of December I went to Benmore Gardens Absa Branch an filled in the relevant form to cancel the policy, and the lady said shed send it through, a month later the debit order is still going off and when I call they say I must go back to the branch, which I cant do as what if once again its not cancelled. Please if you can open the policy via a phone, why cant it be cancelled over the phone.
Not impressed with Absa Personal Loans.
