I would like to bring this to your attention that I have been requesting in writing to Absa to cancel the credit life policy on my credit card but they are refusing to do so.
Instead they are just opening the email and reading it - but are not acting on it.
I receive the email reports notifying me that the email has been open and read.
I was asked to submit a letter requesting the cancellation and a copy of my id, which I did numerous times. But to no joy.
