Incorrectly cancelling Life Insurance

Hi There, I need someone to call me urgently, for some reason ABSA sent me a sms saying they are cancelling my Life Insurance Policy, because our bond has not been registered yet, but ABSA knows that it is a development and thats why it has taking a while and if you checked up you would see that the bond is currently in the process of being registered. One of our terms for our bond to be registered is that we need life cover and now you have cancelled it. Please can you change it back to the way it was that it will start from when the bond is registered.

I have also emailed your alterations department about this last week and have not heard anything.

We need this sorted out now, before ABSA calls me and says the bond can not be registered because ABSA cancelled your Life Policy. I have provided the Policy number below.
