I phoned Outsurance as a first time client. I battled the first few times because the agents did not speak clearly over the phone and I was about to give up when I got through to Lyle Lotter, who covered every detail promptly and with a friendly attitude. Because I was not always available to speak to him, we would email each other when free and this took many phone calls and emails before the quote could be finalised. Yet Lyle remained patient and ended getting me more cover for less.
