On the 21st of November 2013, Valerie Frobus phoned me from Outsurance. She was very friendly and updated my insurance policy. Her speedy work over the phone shows her commitment towards us as clients. She gave me a really good quote which I immediately accepted and was asthonished for the quick response and within the hour I received my policy document via email!!
