On 14/12/2012 i went in to nedbank keywest krugersdorp to close a unused bussiness acc for 12 months but still had money in. Nedbank quite happy to deduct R48 PM. no enquiries ever about dormant acc .the consultant told me to transfer R669.66 to credit card, which i did. acc closed, end of story. no sir.start of nightmare, sms, s demanding money or acc will be closed. HELLO, this is what i desire. more sms, s stating communication to me failed. what are they smoking i replied to their sms no. 273930063490190 /278392003239633 /2789392003231586 /. am i now talking to robots.upset. yes. / i phoned keywest branch spoke to mrs grobler manger. her first words. i dont respond to threaths. this was 0n 14/1/2013 i am still waiting for answers. and now on 30/1/2013 i get a statement due R51.80.please wake up acc was closed by me on 14/12/2012. I insist that all records are cleared, nedbank must stop harasment and they do not have my permission to use my contact details for advertising purposes
