I phone Outsurance on 9 Jan. After they gave me a quote I explained to the consultant that I am still looking at other quotes. He asked when he can call again and I said on my next off day, which is tomorrow. He phoned me on 10 Jan and I again asked him to phone me back when I am not working and to give me time to go through all the quotes I asked for. Today he phoned me and asked me if I am taking the quote. I started to explain that someone els, someone much friendlier, from Outsurance has called me and given me a cheaper quote. He interrupted me and when I asked him to please give me a chance he just went on, being very nasty about it. This is not my first bad experience with Outsurance. And I don't believe them when they say they will give you R400 if they can't beat your quote, because they could not give me a better quote and never paid me any money
