Credit profile not updated accordingly

I have recently checked my credit profile and find out that Direct axis indicated that I did not pay my loan instalment during September 2012 however I have paid the instalment. I have also requested them this month to change my debit order to the last day of the month and they have failed. I just want them to check their records and update my credit profile on ITC.
