I bought a new vehicle and got a quote from another insurance firm for almost R300 cheaper
(Comprehensive cover, road side and car rental. The whole nine yards!)
I had to cancel my outsurance. But I just haven't been so disappointed by them before...
Although I was speaking to a very friendly and clued up outsurance consultant and i was advised to stay on board with outsurance - outsurance couldn't beat my quote nor was I paid R400 as advertised... I have been a "no claim client" for over 5 years with outsurance.. I loved being with outsurance and loved the client service.
I feel let down! For the first time ever. Outsurance didn't bite the bullet. Not beating the qoute and no R400.
