Utter failure from the CEO down

To make a VERY long story short, I was made sold a holiday for up to 6 people for 10 nights. I opted to holiday in Durban at either the Cabana's or the Sands. After dozens of emails, and phone calls I finally had a call from Lyle, the CEO of SA Getaways who promised me in writing that what they had offered me would be honoured. This was in September of last year. At the start of this year I called Lyle daily until he finally took my call. on the first occasion he said he was stepping into a meeting and would call me back in 45 minutes. A day later I called him, at which point he said he was driving and would call me back in 5 minutes. The following day I had to call him back and left a voice message and followed that up by an email saying what I thought of his company and him personally as the CEO. following that I did receive a call from Tameron who said she would arrange everything. We are now a few days later and still nothing. I do have Lyle's cell number should anyone want to call him personally 083 448 2036. I never thought I would say this, but I honestly believe our friend Malema has more brain power that Lyle or any of his staff.
