After dropping my phone down a flushing toilet accidentally late one Sunday evening, it happens..., I completed a claim form via the Outsurance website which is very user friendly and quick, and the very next day an Outsurance consultant phoned me to discuss the claim. Throughout the entire process I only had to deal with one very efficient, friendly, professional consultant, 2 phone calls later and I have a new, better phone, more than I could have asked for. The entire claims process was pain free, professional and very easy, I have heard in the past from family members of the excellent service provided by Outsurance but I experienced it for the first time personally and I am very impressed and would recommend Outsurance as your insurance company any day.
