I needed to add a car on my existing policy 1 day before the end of month deadline. I emailed Mr. Lyle Lotter who has given me excellent service before with the request, and within seconds of the email being sent I, received a call from him. Lyle reacted faster than my armed response company, so perhaps we should consider renaming Lyle to Mr Armed-Response-Lyle. Thank you once again for the excellent & friendly service Lyle, you are an asset to your company.
