48 Hours and no response

I've filled out an application for a personal loan longer that 48 hours ago. Still I have not heard anything for anyone. I gave them all the documents they needed. Just now I've phoned them to ask what the status is on my profile and they tell me that they've got the wrong address. I gave them my proof of residence and the consultant used another address. PLEASE can I get feedback on what is going on cause I haven't got another 48 hours to wait.
