Nedbank failure to change personal details

Anyone banking with NEDBANK??? Check your personal details TODAY!
We moved 5 years ago which means our physical and postal address has changed. Nedbank are still sending me electronic statements where they indicate my "OLD POSTAL ADDRESS" on the statements???

I asked them to change all my details and once again they are asking me proof of residence, statements, etc

All of this not even a year after our building loan and a "further loan" got registered at Nedbank. We had to submit occupancy and electrical certificates as well as Id documents and municipality statements before final registration could take place.

I do not understand why it is necessary for me to AGAIN submit proof of residence to them. Absolutely pathetic service from NEDBANK and I do not understand why the same exercise have to be repeated again and again. This is not the first time that I had to request them to change my personal details. Do not think they have a proper system in place to update a clients personal info. I receive some of my statements at the new postal address but others (CT Card) are still ending up in someone else's postbox. An absolute joke and waste of time. Go green and waste more paper!!
