Two weeks to process a funiral claim

My mother passed onn on the 08-10-2013 and the following day I phoned liberty call centre and spoke to Pakiso who told me what type of documents must be forwaded. 10-10-2013 I phoned call centre spoke to kenneth who gave me fax number, email adress who told me about claim form to be filled and I told him am not at work and gave him personal email but didn't receive nothing. 14-10-2013 monday emailled docs but still on 15-10-2013 spoke to candice who said they didn't get nothing, 17-10-2013 Pauline said their system takes 24 hours to show docs the 48 hours to payout. I had to do a loan at capitec to bury my mother on the 13-10-2013 due to poor service from liberty and I made sure am up to date with payments only to get a kick in the face. Docs faxed to Kgomotso but no feedback given. Today am stuck with a loan payment and no payment has taken place am so disgusted. Clientell takes 24 hours to pay up and shocked that liberty 24 hours to get forms then after 48 hours to pay but in my case it took them two weeks. [Email Removed] the email candice gave saying its her personal one but nothing even on the18-10-2013. Faxed docs at standard bank to liberty and nothing even now.
