I have had several problems with my Nedbank personal loan. Nedbank has listed me as having an amount of R886 in arrears which is not correct. My personal loan is up to date. First they were deducting on the incorrect date which gave me a low cheque account score so after several complaints and nothing happening I changed my debit order date and account. I then carried on paying by depositing money into another account and paying the loan manually. I asked for a settlement letter in December but I only received it in January after it had expired. I phoned to request another one and I was told I'll get in 48 hours but received it after 2 weeks and it had also expired. Today I requested another settlement letter and have been told to wait for 48 hours, my hope is that I can receive the letter and settle Nedbank once and for all. Dealing with Nedbank has been disappointing. I will never bank with Nedbank again, I just hope to receive my settlement that's all.
