Sending SMS spam even though registered

I recieved SMS spam from Direct Access even though registered on the Nationaloptout database for some time now.
Ironically, the SMS had a 'stop' option. When I replied to this SMS, the system returned a SMS informing me about Nationaoptout.
Please get your systems in place and/or comply to the code of conduct you profess to uphold.
