I have made purchases on my card in the month of September, and the monies was never deducted. now ive got a call from 0114896000 - to let me know that my account is overdrawn because the bank never deducted the monies. when i asked the consultant who is at fault she admitted the bank but im being held responsible for the account which is now overdrawn when all the while i had the money in my account when i purchased my goods

NEDBANK is my worst nightmare
