I am being double billed for the same transaction

I Noticed a couple of days ago that my account was overdrawn with an odd 350 rand which got my attention as I don`t have an overdraft. When I went to query it the service attendant just said manage your money better it has never happened before also when I swipe for the transaction I receive the notification immediately and the balance reflects that the money has been deducted from my account. When I went again just to confirm they said the companies banked the money later. But the transaction was already deducted from my account. Now my account is overdrawn with a larger amount and they charge me 3 sundry charges which just makes it worse. Its time to move on I am getting the feeling that its easy not to care if its not your money.
