Nedbank fails in service delivery

For the past 4 years, Nedbank has been incorrectly charging my account. Each year, I've had to request for them to make the correction. This year, it has happened AGAIN except this time my account was overdrawn because of their error. The charges went off on 6 Sep, I was only notified of this on 10 Sep. I called Nedbank (Ref 64623940) requesting the reversal and also requesting that the consultant follow up with Client Services regarding how this error would affect my credit record (since my account was overdrawn due to Nedbank's error and I was not notified about this timeously). 19 Days later and still no reversal of the charges and no feedback from Client Services. I stopped actively banking with Nedbank about a year ago (the account is basically dormant except for bank charges that I pay each month)... one would think that with such a low maintenance account Nedbank would at least get it right then. Very disappointing service. I would advise people against opening an account with this bank.
