Still waiting for my phone

Hi

I have booked my nokia x201 at the Edgars in Kenilworth Centre, its been 2 months. I had insurance on the phone, when heard i was told there was no insurance on the Nokia, which was a suprise to me. I have enrolled the Nokia 2 years back, how on earth would i still have the slip? So when i advised that agent at Finrite to return my phone unrepaired, its 2 months now that i am waiting for the phone's return. I have visited the KC branch Edgars but they cannot even pick up the phone. 6th October i visited and we phoned the call centre, now they could not pick up the IMEI number of the Nokia X 201. Please sort this out ASAP
