I lost my card a while ago and didn't bother reporting it as I had no money in the account, now I have been served with a summon saying I owe Nedbank R122 722.16 of overdraft.
I have never applied for an overdraft as I'm not working, again how can a savings account have an overdraft?
I was never even informed before the summon that my account is overdrawn.
