Ad service and unhappy client

I wanted to take out a personel loan to consolidate by accounts due to the high interrest rates, i already have an existing loan with them which is paid every month. now they are telling me I cannot because i have a bond registrate on my name, it is a shared bond which my husband pays from the nedbank account, my salary goes off from fnb acount, when i took out my personel loan the first time, they said i qualify for R130 000, now what is the problem, yes we have a bond, but i do not pay from my bank account the bond, and now phoning the contact centre, you are kept on the line, no one is interested to help or even see if they can assist in any way it is just hold and then they gut the call, then i must start from the beginnig, whre is the great service that they advertise, i was also in the prosess of changing my bank from Fnb to nedbank, where is the assistance when needed, if I was a poor payer, yes I could understand, but my other loan is paid every month, i am just looking for a way to make life little bit easier, instead of having all these account to pay, have one with someone that vie service and care about ther clients
