On the 22 May 2013 I was sold a Motor Extender Warranty from Hollard and was explained that Hollard offers a new type of Motor Warranty, as the components are broken up into categories and that should something go wrong those parts or covered. Something did Go Wrong my cambelt broke which cased the values and other damage due to the broken cambelt. Hollard only cover the cambelt and not the consequential damage, which was never explained or mentioned to me, so when it is time to claim all excuses are found not to honour the contract.
This is unacceptable.
