I am disappointed with the processes in place at FNB. I went to the new branch in Soweto Bara to close my 32 day notice account. I was informed because they cannot find my information on their system I would need to go to my branch. I asked what if I was in Limpopo and she said there was a head office I could go to there. What a waist of my time. Next time should I open an account with FNB, I will ask to capture my details on the system in order not to be told to go to my branch.
