Double Standard

I've went to First National Bank at Germiston branch on the 9th of December 2013 to change a Cash Cheque that I was offered by my company during our close end year function on the 6th of December 2013. So they verified the Cash Cheque and they found it valid and legitimate but they refuse to change it and to give me Cash. They told me to go and change the Cash Cheque on the branch where my company had opened their account. Mind you, the branch which is managing my companies account is about 370 kilometers away from Germiston branch so I've tried to engage the branch manager Mr. Samuel Hlamela for his intervention but he responded with the same attitude. My concern is that my colleagues who received the very same Cash cheque they have manage to change it on other neighboring branches on the same region. I'm so disappointed with First National Bank service, it is clear that they use double standards and also they use different processes and procedures with other branches as a bank. Eventual I was help at Golden Walk branch which is 1 kilometer away from Germiston branch after I've wasted 3 hours of my time.
