So sick and tired of FNB!!!

For 3 months I've been trying to close my account at Fnb Woodlands branch and each time they gave some excuses that I wasnt able to close it. Some how fnb as allowed some to debit my a account for 3 months aswell and could not trace them or stop the debit order. Now on the 2 Oct I went again to the branch to try and close my account and they said that they had to send a letter to the branch where I opened my account which is in Melmoth Natal to close it for me. This morning the Melmoth branch phoned me to say that there is still R168.00 left in account and can only close the account once I collect the money from them in cash. Really, I stay in Pretoria which is a 6hours drive down to Melmoth??? They cant let the branch at Woodlands pay me the cash. I even told them to write that amount off which they also cant do. Fnb really got a way to keep people there with force!! I regret it so much for having an account with them as my experience with them overall was always bad!!! And even their bank charges is ridiculous! I've opened up a account with capitec bank as they are cheap and very efficient with services.
