I am using an ABSA silver account, when I open my account at Germiston branch I was requested to submit all documents that are needed to open an account, 5 to 6 months after that my account was blocked without any notifications and the Germiston consultant said it's because of FICA. Ok I submitted my info at Germiston branch . 4 months after that I received an sms telling me that I must submit proof of address & ID. I immediately ran to the branch with those as requested because I knew they can block my account anytime and waited on their long queue as always and their consultant told me it was a delayed sms from the last time, because as far as he is consent all my details were submitted and are reflecting on their system, I was then told to avoid the SMS. 2 weeks after that my account got blocked, I went to a Branch in Wadeville and they told me that there were no records on their system and I must submit my details again, but now at that time I didn't even have the detail on me. I decided to drive to germiston to lay a serious complaint and when I got there the same consultant that said all documents were on the system called his superior and they released my account and promis
