RCS tarnishes name at Transunion

I have been trying the last few months to get a credit card to add onto my cheque account but kept being declined due to a bad credit record. I could not understand why as I have not missed payments on any of my accounts in over two years and have sufficient cash flow. My bank advised me to contact Transunion to find out what the issue is. I ordered a Credit Report which reflected that I missed payments on my RCS account for three consecutive months (Sep, Oct, Nov 2012). I checked my payment history on my internet banking and sure enough I had always paid on time and always 6 days in advance. I had even paid my account up to date November last year. I phoned RCS and they indicated to me that according to their records I did in fact miss the payments and they don't pick it up on their system. The fact that I had to phone to find out that RSC had not updated my payments is absolutely unacceptable and they have in essence my money as it is just floating around somewhere in their account. To be honest the money is not by biggest concern it's the fact I have a bad reputation at Transunion is a huge deal and I have been told to wait 14 days. I have always had issues with RCS.
