Struggling to close a account

It has been more than 3 weeks that I am trying to close a account 62438461999. I have tried over the prone, no success - I have been to the branch, and after more than a hour - no success - All promises, but still is the account open. If I phone - I need to go to a branch - If I go to the branch - I need to phone - How is this possible.

Pathetic service - If you can't go without another month's fees, please take it and close the account. If you try and phone the Woodlands branch at 012 99 77 140, nobody even answer the phone.

Another "How can we help? " - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE close the account!
