Seriously NOT impressed

I am trying to close a Business Account with FNB and was told by your call centre agent (086 001 2244 - Option 2) that I only need my ID and that I can visit ANY FNB branch.

Today I visited FNB Randburg. They told me your system is offline and said I can visit the HUGE FNB building on Beyers Naude (next to the N1). When I arrived at the Beyers Naude FNB building they told me that there is no branch - only offices and sent me to FNB cresta. Drove to Cresta and the branch is closed. Under Construction I assume. Then, seriously annoyed with FNB drove to your Northcliff Corner branch.

At the Northcliff branch (stop number 4) the consultant told me they can't close the account. Only the branch that opened the account, can close it. This is weird because I opened the account OVER THE PHONE. No branch. FNB delivered my card to my office.

According to the consultant I need to go to FNB Sandton City - But my home branch is actually FNB Cresta.

So: Wrong info by call centre agent > Randburg > Beyers Naude > Cresta > Northcliff... and now Sandton City.

So my next question: Please advise which branch I can visit to close ALL my FNB Accounts? Please do not say 'ANY Branch' - not true!
