Call bounce to a million different departments!

I want to cancel my petrol card, after being sent the wrong cards twice! First I got sent a new credit card!
Then I got sent a non linked petro card therefore no ebucks! That was the reason for wanting one in the beginning
Reapplied and im still waiting for my linked card!!! And my other card be to cancelled, as it is costing me money each month to keep a card I dont want! The call centre is shocking you get re routed to a million dif departments and then cut off and have to begin again!
So tempted to cancel all fnb accounts and move banks completely
