Not debiting from own account

I applied for a capitec credit but did not qualify reason being I am a capitec client with two accounts link to each other both with separate acoount number the account which my salary gets paid into unfortunely is not the main account and cant be debited from by capitec itself meanwhile thee other places and banks can debit from my secondary account but capitec itself cant unless i get my salary paid into the main account they cannot asist which means changing all my d/o from one capitec account to thee other one. This doesnt make sense to me at all as both have separate account numbers. Why is it that capitec that claim they are technologicly advance dont cater for their own clients as lady explained to me if i was from another bank with a secondary account it would been accepted but since im their client it is not accepted cause they themselves cant deduct from their own accounts they dont have that system in place.
