This is now my 5th hellopeter complaint regarding this and nobody from FNB's credit card department has even had the decency to call me.
1) I have been charged a courier fee of R150.00. At no point was I informed that this would happen, otherwise I would not have signed up for the card. The card was couriered to me due to incompetence on FNB's part and in the end was not even delivered to me. I demand a refund
2) I signed up for a credit card as part of the Twice as Nice promo in November. I have not received the double eBucks as promised. I want my eBucks. I have called the eBucks department and yet again this was due to incompetence on the FNB team as my card only became active in December. I clearly stated from the first call to credit cards that I wanted eBucks linked to the card.
3) I am yet to sign a single document with FNB for this card. Nor have I produced any ID. Explain to me how this is possible? I have spend over R20 000 on the card without any security checks from the credit card team.
Call me today. Fire the that have dealt or should I say NOT dealt with this issue.
