Very Dissapointed

I am very disappointed in FNB. I have a petrol card that I use for toll roads and now and again for a tank of petrol. Every year I pay a very high fee for this card, for the convenience of having the card available when I need it. I have now recently bought a new car and couldn't use my petrol card as I needed to wait my work petrol card. I went to use it and it was declined, knowing that this couldn't be the case as the card is actually in credit. I called FNB, they told me that the account was active however the card hadn't been use for any substantial amounts they took it apon themselves to cancel the card. I said to him that I didn't receive a notification to say they wanted to cancel, they could have asked me via sms, email or telephone call. Apparently its not their procedure - they just cancel! I asked for a card to be sent to me 3 weeks ago and to date Ive never received this card... ALL I CAN SAY IS SHOCKING!!!
